In this sturdy double wall cartonboard box you can send large albums and boxsets, especially old boxsets with 78 RPM shellac records in the size of 30 cm. These extremely light square polystyrene stiffeners fill the space in shipping boxes and protect the corners of the LP albums during transport. Material: 7 mm thick expanded polystyrene (EPS), made in Belgium, dimensions 320 x 320 x 7 mm, packaging (in our box item no. 1054): 25 pieces, weight per 25: approx. 0.28 kg. -> After use, these EPS sheets should be taken to your local container/recycling park. They will then be recycled and reused for house insulation, etc.

For shipping your most expensive LPs and box sets to far destinations like Asia, we have created this box with polystyrene walls. The box itself is made of 5 mm double corrugated cardboard and is delivered with 4 cm thick polystyrene walls, leaving an opening of 32 x 32 x 10 cm, which can hold up to 25 12-inch vinyl records. The 2 square polystyrene plates of 12 mm thick close the bottom and the top. Weight of the complete set: 0.70 kg. Packaging: 1 cardboard box with 6 pieces polystyrene. The necessary adhesive tape is not included. Our plastic protective sleeves item numbers 1008 and 1022 just fit in, but they touch the sides. Our larger sleeves, such as item numbers 1000 and 1020, do not fit in.
