When you place an order, you earn loyalty points. These points can be exchanged for a voucher in our online store. These points are automatically calculated based on the value of your shopping basket, including VAT but excluding shipping costs. Once you have accumulated 100 loyalty points, you can convert them into a voucher at any time in your user area. Please note: only completed and unreturned orders qualify for loyalty points. When loyalty points are converted into a voucher, the balance of the voucher will be kept until it has been spent in full.
Terms and conditions of our loyalty program
Membership of this loyalty program is free and automatic for all users registered on planetedisque.com. This membership does not require any commitment from the users of our online shop. This loyalty programme started on 10 September 2024, orders placed before this date are not eligible.
You earn 1 loyalty point for every Euro spent on our site. When you have accumulated 100 loyalty points, you can generate a unique promotional code. The conversion rate of loyalty points against the Euro is 100:1 for regular customers and 100:0,50 for resellers. This means that 100 points = 1 Euro for regular customers and 0,50 Euro for resellers.
Points collected under this loyalty program can be exchanged for a voucher when you place your next order. However, they cannot be exchanged for Euro's outside our site. Each member has his or her own points account. The points needed to obtain a voucher are automatically deducted from the user's points balance. These points are not retained if the account is deleted. The credit obtained in this way is valid in our online store for a period of 730 days from the date of conversion of the loyalty points into credit. These credits, linked to your loyalty points, cannot be combined with other offers and promotions in our online store.
