Shipping and delivery times (we don't ship to UK and outside EU)

We make effort to ship your order within 24 business hours, often the same day. We do not ship on weekends. Your package is presented to you during office hours at home or at your workplace. Insurance up to 500.00 Euro is included. In case of absence, the driver will leave you a card. You can then make a new appointment so that the package is presented to you again. To facilitate delivery, you can have your package delivered to your workplace, family or friends. For orders with a total weight of less than 20 kg (excluding bulky items such as record mailers and boxes, etc.) you can opt for delivery to a Parcel Shop, where you can collect the parcel when it suits you.

IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You have 14 days to return the product. We will refund the goods (if they are in their original condition) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We will pay for the return postage (except for non-EU customers, they pay the return-costs themselves). To return the goods please contact us. We will send you a label by email that you can cut and paste onto the package. You can then take the parcel to a Parcelshop near you.
